At Athyusha’s Boutique, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.

Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Manufacturing defects

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging should be intact

• The item should be in its original condition

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or worn sarees

• Customized or altered products

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

• Minor color variations due to screen brightness or lighting

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

• Our team will guide you through the return process

• The replacement product will be shipped after product inspection

• Exchange processing may take 5 - 7 business days
