Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges only for:

• Damaged products

• Wrong product received

• Manufacturing defects

To request a return or exchange, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products used or worn after delivery

• Sarees without original tags or packaging

• Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings

• Customized or altered products

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received & inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days

• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
